Mike MRF plays the saxophone, the piano, and writes his own lyrics and music. Mike called in to discuss music, songwriting, musical education, and how his parents encouraged him to play the saxophone at an early age. We chatted about him recovering from COVID-19 and what he's doing to stay creative during the pandemic. He also shared what he thinks is the best thing to happen so far in 2020 and we wrapped up the episode with a game of Let's Get Grounded.
