Dr. Tiffany Jana is committed to leaving the world better than they found it by creating spaces that work for everyone. They have learned to accept and understand themself and love themself for who they are. Dr. Jana identifies as pansexual (attracted to all kinds of people, regardless of their gender, sex or presentation) and prefers to use the pronouns they and them because they feel these pronouns more accurately represent who they are. In this episode we discuss the very real concept of privilege and how to move passed disadvantages we may have in our lives and how relationships with different people and cultures help us to grow and evolve. When we learn to see the beauty in our differences we can then see beyond these differences and see how truly similar we are in spite of them.
