I'm back from South by Southwest 2023 in Austin, Texas!

We travelled over there as my partner's band was accepted to play at the festival and I joined them for backing vocals. Go and check out his band Dean Forever :)

This was an amazing experience and I feel that it would have been a completely different trip if i hadn't found out about BII and explanted.

I share the things that I noticed from improved memory when learning 15+ songs, no joint pain after the flight and a tonne of walking (apparently we walked at lease 52km while we were there!)
