Philippe Dufour is widely regarded as one of the greatest watchmakers of all time. Working with his wife and daughter in his Swiss workshop, he creates each watch entirely by hand, from scratch, following the highest traditions of haute horlogerie. His timepieces are considered by many collectors to be the pinnacle of mechanical watchmaking, with examples achieving auction results of nearly $8 million USD.
