This week’s guest is my good friend and musician Chadwick “Niles” Phillips. Chadwick found great success when he left Michigan and moved to New York in 2007. Chad worked for BET, CBS and NYC Fashion Week. Plus he was on a major label called "Koch Records", but one day decided to leave it all behind and do things HIS WAY! This is his story!
