Richard Maloney is the CEO with Quality Mind Global and also an accomplished author. 

With an interesting back story that started when his AFL dreams ended as quickly as they began, leading him onto a long quest to find out what he wanted in life, to working with anyone from mums and dads, to athletes and businesses to help reduce their risk of injury and increasing their performances.

Richard is also a big believer in helping kids get on top of their problems with meditation and shares some great stories as a dad that may help you if any of your kids are struggling.
