In this episode I connect with Law Enforcement Officer Sachin Latti. Sachin is still currently serving; however, has placed his mental health recovery in a position of great importance.
Join me as Sachin reflects on his upbringing and how he now has recognized how it contributed to a reoccurring theme or set of unhealthy behavioural patterns. Sachin now is facing growth and challenging himself to become a man beyond his past experiences. Sachin also was diagnosed with PTSD as a result of serving as a First Responder and as a result is on the journey of healing.
Sachins' spirit is one to be admired. He strives for continual growth and has set some significant goals for himself. He is currently training to help raise awareness and funding for First Responders who suffer from PTSD.
Join me this week as Sachin pursues his own growth and explores what he needs to ensure his mental health recovery goes well. Furthermore, as he embarks on his journey to train to run across Canada in 2025 and break the previous record of 72 days.
Please consider supporting Sachin and his cause.
