This podcast teaches you the benefits of using formal commands, especially in professional contexts. Learning to give instructions formally is key to conveying respect and authority, from the office to the coffee shop.

🔎 How are formal commands formed?

• If a present tense verb for "you (usted(es)" ends in -A(n), the formal form changes to -E(n)! Example: hablar ➡️habla(n)➡️ hable(n) (to speak)

• If it ends in -E(n), it goes to -A(n). Example: comer ➡️come(n)➡️ coma(n) (to eat)

• Remember, there are some irregular verbs! So we'll wait for you in class to review them all (intermediate level of Spanish at SpanishBlackbelt!).
