Welcome back to The Nerd Expansion! Today's guest is the one and only Skylar Edberg and her nerd love is Food Styling. Woah. It's awesome.

Skylar Edberg is a fearless food lover with an eye for all things tasty AND beautiful. With the help of a mother who mostly baked and a father who warmed up meals, she was compelled to create her own culinary adventures. She built food sculptures, produced cooking shows for her stuffed animals and concocted recipes based on ingredients she had on hand in the pantry. Because of this total immersion, she is a self taught, “life trained” food stylist, recipe developer and culinary producer who is always curiously exploring and creating new adventures using the art of food!
