Steve Browne is taking a much different approach to HR than many other opportunities he's taken or seen in most companies.  He works with the Executives to truly integrate HR across the company he works for so that they are a true Business Partner that can work with the Team Members to improve their Company. He not only takes this approach at LaRosa's Pizzeria but also shared his idea with the HR industry as a whole.
