In concept it would seem that hedges and walls have much in common. Nothing could be furthur from the truth spiritually. While hedges most often come from God, walls are a construction of the human mind in an attempt to become our own protectors. Sadly, our self-contructed walls are to blame for so many that are spiritually stagnant or stunted, desiring to do more for God but unable to grow spiritually.
Pastor Puckett preaches on the opportunity that God gives each of us to trade our walls for hedges, but we must be willing to give them up, and let him pull them down.
