This week, on Pain Reframed, Dr. Ben Bobrow of The Pain Project joins Dr. Tim Flynn and Dr. Jeff Moore!  Ben has poured his heart and soul into The Pain Project which focuses on helping those who suffer with chronic pain learn to successfully manage the pain and provide support for one another.

Ben shares his experience with pain and The Pain Project.  One theme he discusses in the episode is that an abundance of fear and a lack of proper movement really drives most of the problem of chronic pain.  It’s a simple solution.  Ben, Jeff, and Tim discuss this and quite a bit more, appropriately, following the conversation we had last week with Dr. David Hanscom.  Enjoy this episode!
