Our guests on the Sales Code Leadership Podcast this week are Laura and Henrique Moniz de Aragão.
Laura is a B2B technology leader, specialising in the enterprise segment. She started her career as a Sales Development Representative progressing through the majority of sales roles to her revenue leadership position today. She not only talks the talk but walks the walk having been in the shoes of an SDR, CSM, AE and 1st line manager, this translates into relatability as a key strength in her leadership style.
Her experience has centred in the HR technology market where she scaled Thomsons (Darwin) from series A to acquisition by Mercer (the world's largest outsourced asset manager). At Mercer Lisa gained the learnings of scale, as well leading a multinational sales team. Today she is VP Revenue at Nudge, where they are solving the problem of financial literacy; helping companies such as Cisco, IBM and Pfizer to unlock human potential by helping their employees be more financially fit.
Her passion as a leader is to help her team unlock their greater potential through both professional development but also personal growth - a whole human leadership approach.
Henrique is a B2B technology leader with 15 years’ experience in software services and product sales, both in start-ups with successful exits as well as multi-billion market cap companies. Originally from Brazil, he emigrated to London where he lives with Laura and their daughter Allegra.
Henrique recently joined Ultimate.ai, a leader in AI-driven customer service automation. As EVP Sales, he is responsible for New Business and Expansion Sales, BDRs, and Channel & Partnerships.
Prior to joining Ultimate.ai, Henrique held leadership roles bringing US-based organisations into Europe. Most recently as General Manager of G2.com for EMEA, growing the revenue in under 3 years from 0-20% of total revenue with latest valuation of over $1.1B. He also held sales leadership positions at Salesforce and Accenture for many years.
