There is so much to love about the concept of cycle syncing, but there is one area where it went incredibly wrong. Typical cycle syncing recommendations recommend only lifting 2 weeks out of 4. This is not even enough to maintain current muscle mass.
Muscle is massively under-appreciated as the highly metabolic organ that it is and weightlifting is an activity that everyone should be participating in at least on a weekly basis.
