Reaching that goal may not feel like what you expect. Well, that is at least what happened to me. I grew the book of business, got the titles and the office and it did not feel like success to me. Looking around the office I saw my peers who were 15-20 years in the business and they looked horrible, mentally and physically. So I did what anyone else would do, right? I walked away form a career I worked so hard to build leaving behind a $17 Million dollar book of business. 

Sometimes when we are climbing that corporate ladder we reach milestones that don’t end up being what we expected. Reaching these goals were not as fulfilling as I had pictured and left me wondering if this was it. Today, I take you through how I made the decision to change and why I would do it again or I should say, have done it again and again.
