Grant is a servant leader, transformational coach, and business consultant who helps people learn how to thrive in our chaotic world. He challenges leaders and emerging professionals to answer the questions: Who am I? What am I called to do now? Who am I going to work with to get it done? Grant uses his writing and his role as CEO of Bridge Business Transformations as vehicles to develop strong relationships with clients and friends. Grant lives in Charlottesville, VA with his wife.

His recently published book called “Hand on the Shoulder: Finding Freedom in the Confluence of Love and Career,” takes readers on a journey from a small town in Virginia to a complex and fast-moving career in a high-tech company. Grant searches for freedom and meaning while navigating new challenges, cultures, and rapid societal change across two continents. Through the telling of this journey, readers will experience the joys and absurdities of work life and the struggle to find balance between personal ambition and the human need for love.
