We are talking about David Parker Ray, aka The Toybox Killer.  He was an American kidnapper, torturer, serial rapist, and suspected serial killer. Not only are we going to dive deep into the psyche of this disturbed human being, but we also have some graphic audio snippets of him literally explaining and instructing his captured victims about what all he would be doing to them.  Be warned, the details in this episode are very explicit.
