(Satire) - Federal agents arrested an Atlanta-area man who tried to cash a $32 million tax refund check at a bank in Ohio. Christopher Dowtin of Jonesboro, Georgia, fraudulently filed tax returns for 2 businesses that he did not own. Can’t make this stuff up! lol
