Adam Keita is the co-founder of Daughter, a cafe and wine bar based in Brooklyn, NY.

I’ve been to Daughter in Crown Heights when meeting up with friends to get a coffee. If I have to bike my way from Prospect Heights through Crown Heights to get back to my old spot in Bedstuy, crossing paths with the Daughter Sincerely, Tommy cafe to end up needing more caffeine with a matcha. I’m doing the most but we like it.

Adam and friends have a new produce-forward all-day eatery with coffee, natural wine and cocktails–opens in Bed-Stuy called Che.

I love the name Che. Already off to an amazing start.
