Nadia is the Chief Information Officer for Clark County in Las Vegas, Nevada. Clark County is an $8 billion public enterprise, which is the nation's 11th largest county providing extensive regional services to more than 2.4 million citizens and more than 45.6 million visitors a year. Nadia's portfolio also includes McCarran International Airport, the nation's largest busiest airport and University Medical Centre, the state's largest public hospital. 

Nadia is responsible for delivering all information technology needs to 10,000 employees across 140 locations. Nadia is directly responsible for the leadership and management of three counties IT operations and programme delivery. She also sits on the regional leadership team with the CEO, CFO and CIO. In her role, Nadia participates in all RFPs across the regions, designing the technology solution components for those engagements and delivering the strategic strategy proposal to the clients. 

Nadia has more than 20 years of experience leading and developing technology functions for large organisations and startups. Nadia serves as an advisory board member for several government tech organisations.Nadia ensures that the IT organisation is reimagining citizen services by leading the way in platforms, cloud supported applications, digitising business services, and data analytics.
