The kids are headed back to school, the weather is (eventually) getting cooler and cooler, and I can kickstart my weekly routine with a little bit of electric energy to shake things up a bit. It's a time of new beginnings and fresh starts, which most times, begins with me making a BOLD decision… saying with my outside voice what I want, need, and desire. And then, doing something about it. I think that's at the heart of what Josefine and I are talking about here.
