In this episode, I have my fiancee Sharon Tseung with me to talk about our recent projects.
The first is a $300,000 moldy home BRRRR project in Texas that we're in the middle of renovating. By the time it's done, we'll have a cash flowing rental property with none of our own money left in the deal and $100,000 equity leftover!
We'll also be talking about our recent long-term Airbnb project and how it's helping us generate over $5000 a month in gross rents.
Finally, we'll be talking about our move to Texas and why we decided to move at the beginning of 2022!
