Today on the podcast I joined by the beautiful Carlie Jade who is a tantric hypnotherapist who helps women become more embodied in their life and work.

 

I mentioned to Carlie on this podcast I knew I had to have her on because quite frankly, her content triggered me.  Her ability to be so free on her social media activated something within myself and I wanted to explore that - so here we are!

 

Today Carlie shares her journey into this work and how going through her own personal struggles has made her perfect for the work she does and how she can connect deeper with her clients.  She talks us through what tantra really means and breaks down some of the misconceptions that have been placed on the practice.

 

We also spoke about how as women we can become numb, especially in business where a lot of our trauma can be brought to the surface.  Things that happened to us as kids can come back and play out in patterns as adults and if we don’t have the tools to hold us through it, it can feel really confusing navigating your emotions.  Carlie talks us through what embodiment is and how to start practicing it to move through your emotions and begin to heal.

 

We also spoke about how to balance the feminine aspects of ourselves in business.  How to let go of hustle culture and instead be in devotion to our lives work.  How we can play between our masculine and feminine and enjoy all aspects of business, in a way that feels good for us!
