Proverbs tells us not to answer a fool according to his folly, yet the next sentence tells us we SHOULD answer a fool according to his folly...so which is it?

We dig through what makes a proverb a proverb and other examples of this kind of writing style in Scripture to bring clarity as to what the actual meaning of this verse is!
