I recently was lucky enough to get invited to a day class learning how to cook contemporary Japanese with Wasabi Restaurant Chef Zeb Gilbert and the guidance and a helping hand by the co-ordinator of The Cooking School Noosa, Laura Redmond. Big thanks to you guys and everyone who was there. Loved everything, from making noodles, preparing the main course to eat it all of course! Both Zeb and Laura are so passionate about what they are doing and it was really shining through during the day!
