In this episode, I chat with two-time Canadian Olympian and one of the only two Canadians to run sub 10 and sub 20, Aaron Brown. Aaron is a Toronto Native and started track and field at the age of 16 thanks to his high school coach Bill Stephens and the rest as they say is history.
