Today at GIR, we sit down to discuss going barefoot for life.  I mean we're born barefoot and probably ran around as children without shoes, so why aren't we doing it now as adults.  We discuss what the literature says as to the potential athletic and health benefits when training barefoot.  We also, talk about the different brands we have tried over the years, and which ones we have come to like best.  So don't be a shrewd, instead jump out of those narrow pointy heels you're wearing and join us in this talk about experiencing the freedom you get when you feel the earth under your feet.
