What matters with retention the most is how we think about customers, let's focus on the human factor.
Given that the digital eco system is now so optimised, working or broken, we need to seek out what people want, really want, but to do that we have to get close to us humans, we have to ask what we want, we have to seek deep insights, we have to see that everyone is unique and that no testing or algorithm with ever match us.
We need to get closer.
