Up until recently, I used to wear the “5 am Club” title like a badge of honor & I thought that the only way I could really be successful was if I woke up before my kids and had this elaborate morning routine.

I have officially unsubscribed to those thoughts. 

And lately, I’m finding that I really need the support of systems, routines, and habits. But it doesn't have to look like everyone else's.
