Practicing Uncommon Sense

#25 Growing Up and Rules

Listen Later

Back again with another Practicing Uncommon Sense episode. This time we discuss kids growing up today versus when we grew up. How did you know to listen to your parents? Did you listen to your parents? Is it all just a built in personality trait with our genes that cause our interactions as children to our parents? Or is it something that your parents do when you are so young that it is not a memory. Something that shapes you to be able to follow rules or push the boundaries of those rules or to completely ignore the rules all together. We discuss it all with real world examples. And we throw in some random childhood and growing up stories in there as well.
