Eds recounts the life and times of Hammerin Hank Greenberg, the Tigers Superstar Slugger who led Detroit to two World Series. In 1938 Greenberg chased Babe Ruth's home run record all summer long and saw a large spike in walk rate late in the season. Historic rumours allege anti-semitism and some statistical data can point to that conclusion however, some data also proves that correlation may not always equal causation.
