With appreciation for the loving sacrifices and hard work of his parents to support him and his siblings despite health complications and layoffs, living a financially fearless life became Nathan's quest, and helping others to do the same later became his mission. Over the last sixteen years Nathan has developed and perfected the art of retirement planning culminating in his Three Steps to Financial Fitness process which has allowed hundreds of pre-retirees and retirees to approach and thrive in retirement fearlessly.
As host of the Retire Fit with Nathan radio show, Nathan shares invaluable insight into practical planning tips and strategies weekly with his listeners and guests. Nathan has also contributed to his industry by serving on multiple national boards and training hundreds of financial advisors across the country on proven retirement strategies. He holds the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL®) designation and the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation.
Nathan married his best friend, Lindsay in 2004 and their family of six children is their pride and joy. Between homeschooling, boating, sports, church activities, and taking care of their 150lb dog and nineteen chickens they also make time for pizza and a lazy movie-night
