In this quick episode, I talk with Helen and Sefunmi, two graduates from the University of Waterloo, who are currently working on Co.Lab, a mentorship program made to help people break into tech!  

We touch on what some challenges of founding it have been, why they believe its important to have diversity in tech and some of the success stories from the program.
