The International Confederation of Wizards is an organization in the wizarding world similar to the United Nations in the muggle world. The ICW keep tracks of the governing bodies in the wizarding world to make sure that the stature of secrecy is being followed. They also intervene if there is a major conflict happening in the wizarding world as well.
