Amy was born in Germany and later moved to the United States when she realized that her planned career as a teacher was going to take a different path. After struggling with acne for many years and being put on birth control to 'fix it,' Amy took a deep dive into holistic, natural fertility. She now coaches women to become more in tuned with their bodies from the fertile years to menopause.
