Once you can identify your ego (Level 1, personal healing) and society's ego (Level 2, collective healing) you can now become aware of the collective / Cosmic consciousness.

This is Level 3, which is awareness that we're all connected at the Cosmic level, and humanity as a species is experiencing a re-integration.

What?! Let me explain. There are 3 elements to this:

1. We're all connected. I'm talking the Circle of Life. We've been trained to think we're born, and then we die, but that's not true: we are energy that cycles in and out, over and over. Every time we cycle, we rise in consciousness.

2. We are one consciousness. Think of humanity like one giant brain. Some people represent the Ego; others represent the Higher Self. As we cycle through time, our collective consciousness increases. We evolve, and we're now experiencing a period of RAPID conscious expansion. (What looks like physical chaos is metaphysical progress.)

3. We are connected to the Cosmos. Observing the movement of planets wasn't just for "the Ancients": they knew something profound that we've been disconnected from. When you synchronize your life to the movement of the planets (Astrology), you experience an upleveling like no other. This is how we're designed to work -- in connection with the stars.
