#25 It's Time to Relax

We make time for everything else but find it hard to make time to relax. This yoga nidra is designed so you can close your eyes and listen when you have only 20 minutes! Need to relax but don't have the space to close your eyes? Just listen to the words and start to become familiar with the the feeling of relaxing and the body scan.

Multiple times a day I have to stop and tell my body to relax, my eyes to relax, my shoulders to relax, and so forth. 

When we enter this state of relaxation we start to tap into our own system that is designed to heal ourselves AND where we can start to change our subconscious beliefs to manifest our desires!

Combine this with Conscious Cannabis before pressing play to a deeper sense of relaxation and resetting.
