In this episode, Mildred and I explore elements of the informational interview she conducted with me in last week's episode: how we each felt during the interview, how we related to one another during the conversation, how our relational dynamic affected the questions she asked me, how she prepared for the interview, and what she ultimately got out of it. We also talked about how "journey interviews" may be an important early stage in the career transition process which may help one to feel more connected to other people and ease some of the stress that comes with career transition.
