We all know that comparison is often very unhelpful and not something to seek out. But
how often do you find yourself online lost in the instinctive spiral of all the reasons that you're not good enough? Not fun enough, clever enough, pretty enough?
The thing is that because we are already believing these things about ourselves we are seeking out the evidence that they are true - it's confirmation bias in action.
But what if we could actually use comparison for good. What if we could use it as a source of information for showing us what is possible. What if we could turn the story around and start using comparison to reinforce that story.
On this episode I cover:
- how to tell when you are in the comparison spiral
- why comparison is typically unhelpful
- what we can do to make comparison our friend
I also share details of my upcoming FREE MASTERCLASS on How to balance business life with the rest of life, Tues 1st June 2021, at 12noon. You can sign up HERE.
