Marc Jeffrey (@MRJaff10) is the host of the Marc Jeffrey podcast show, that is part of the Britpod scene. It is Cornwall’s number one, and Britains most underrated podcast. On the show Mark talks to guests about all kinds of topics and subjects. Ranging from current affairs and politics, to sport, fitness and nutrition.

Marc is also an avid practitioner in the art of taekwan-do, taking part in competitions with his club.
