Since 1949, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. In honor of it, we invited our sister Sally to come and share her story. The mental health stigma harms our culture and our churches. The fear of not knowing how to help overwhelms the church family. Being known as a person with a mental disorder is a heavy burden. The truth of the gospel combats displaced identity and encourages hope.
