If you get overwhelmed when thinking about starting something - a fitness goal, career change, LAUNDRY - gross, break it down. You DO NOT have to do everything right now. Baby steps are where it's at. Taking smaller bites of something makes it more digestible and although we don't see the different right away, one day, it'll reach the boiling point and you'll look back and be able to see all the difference each day made.
