Sean recently launched and led Accelerant Inc, a regional staffing firm, from zero to over $35 million of revenue. Sean is an industry leader in investment advisory, capital raising, securities lending, and operational advisory work. He has worked for some of the leading investment banks in the world including Brown Brothers Harriman, JP Morgan Chase, and State Street Corporation.
