Today (the day i'm posting this) is this guy's 22nd birthday, and I had the pleasure of sitting down with him to talk. Seraphim Sherman is my technically oldest friend that I am still in contact with, together for 15 years now, which if I do the math is two-thirds of my entire life. He dabbled in the real estate business for a couple years but is currently in a position as a credit analyst.
