In this month's episode Emily and I do a deep dive into what to expect in the stars and energy for January and the predominate themes for the year ahead.

Here are the key take-aways:

January:

-Jupiter moves into Pieces - which is about growth, abundance, spirituality, dreams and ideals - this is a great time at the beginning of the month to dream without limits and set intentions for what you desire

-Venus moves into retrograde, this offers the opportunity to sink down and reflect on what is important to us and why - money, values and desires are things Venus will cause you to reflect on and question mid-month

-New moon in Capricorn on January 2nd asks us to consider what we can let go of and what is working well in our lives

- Mercury goes into the first of three retrogrades for the year from January 14th-February 3rd. During this period you are asked to slow down, and re-charge, re-new, re-visit re-flect.

-Full moon on January 17th in Cancer which will bring up deeply seeded emotions - things that may have been shoved down will come to the forefront to heal and clear

- January 18th the north and south nodes of the moon change to Tuarus and Scorpio, providing insight on your destiny and karma. This is a shift toward, beauty and self-expression, artistic expression and connection to the Earth - things like revisiting food production etc. Scorpio will reveal the underbelly of things.

- January 18 Uranus in retrograde ends which allows us greater and clearer insight

- January 19th Aquarius Season starts - this is about big picture, future thinking. 

-January 29th Venus in retrograde ends

January's energy perfectly supports a conscious manifestation process with a flow from intention setting, to integration and reflection to aligned action. This is a perfect month to harness this energy and amplify your own desires.

2022:

In numerology, this is a 6 year, which is about LOVE, Lovers. This is a transformational year and the dawning of a new age with strong ties to Atlantan energy for parallels of beauty and self expression and out of the box thinking. This year is the dawning of new age, while the previous two have been the ending of old ways. This is a transition year and it will be both magical and challenging. With the new, comes the grief for the old. This year we will explore what it means to be "connected" this is foundation work, root chakra work and there is a strong connection to Mother Earth.
