Today is a special day because it's my birthday.  The past few years, birthdays or "big days" like New Years have left me with heavy emotions.  In this episode I reflect on my 27th and discuss hopes and goals for my 28th year.  My hope is that you'll listen and feel less alone as you navigate transitions and journey through new seasons.
