#25: The Art of Storytelling with Taylor Rees

Taylor Freesolo Rees is brilliant, curious, free-spirited, and has an innate connection with whom she is and her place in the world. She has a deep level of emotional intelligence an conversational intelligence. She also tops the list of humility in a world where it would be easy to stand atop a pedestal, she shares her gift with all of those she connects with and sits very grounded in her experience.

Taylor's ability to tackle complex and global issues such as climate change, energy, and water shape her immersion experience into a story which is told with the utmost respect to the host culture is a simply stated... a gift. Taylor's photojournalism in these fields has centered around natural resource conflicts in Alaska, Greenland, the desert SouthWest and throughout the Rocky Mountains. She served as the Program Director of the Yale Environmental Film Festival and holds a Masters degree from the Yale School of Forestry.
