Let’s face it: we don’t know what we don’t know. We’ve all had times in our lives when we realized that ignorance isn’t bliss after all. In today’s episode, we’re talking through our spin on the cycle that psychology calls, “The Four Stages of Competence.” Moving through a state of unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, development, and ultimately conscious competence. Each of us are always moving through this process of discovery, awareness, learning, and growth. It isn’t always comfortable, but it’s good for us.
