"I help women heal naturally without doctors using functional lab testing and biblical principles.

I am a retired Broadway dancer, restauranteur, and wine buyer, from New York,  and I was at a point where I accepted that my lifelong health issues were just "normal-for-me".

But the recession hit and my health took a steep nosedive. Doctors couldn't help me, and they never had been able to help me.

After I moved to Florida I got divorced and became a single mom.  I decided to go back to school for nutrition, graduated, and in 2013 started both my blog and health coaching by doing meal plans for people.  However the next year my health got even worse and I could no longer work full time, so I ended up on food stamps and Medicaid.  But, I found a great church and learned to put my health in God's hands.

I started researching everything I could about my health issues and watched every free online health summit I possibly could, and this was how I was led to FDN, where I finally learned how to heal myself WITHOUT DOCTORS.

And when my health started to improve, part of my healing was that God also restored my marriage!

And so, here I am today--empowered by those tools that helped me heal after all those years of struggle, and I feel AMAZING! This is why I’m so passionate about what I do."
