The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society found that adults aged 18–60 years sleeping less than seven hours per day had an associated increased risk of developing chronic conditions such as frequent mental distress!

According to @headspace, lifestyle changes can help you get the healthy sleep you need and ultimately improve your mental health and well-being.

In this Think Quick, Jimmy talks about some small things he changed or added into his sleep routine that improved his mental health. The three tips Jimmy talks about are:

2. Wind Down Routine
